Children from Kinderland Preschool @ Revenue House celebrated Singapore’s 61st birthday on 6 August 2026, taking part in IRAS’ National Day Observance Ceremony at Revenue House.

Our children and staff members from Kinderland Preschool @ Revenue House with the Guest of Honour, Mr Ow Fook Chuen, Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of IRAS (Second last row, 6th from the left).
The ceremony began with the recitation of the National Pledge and the singing of the National Anthem, setting the tone for the celebration.
Our children, had the opportunity to perform for guests from the tenants at Revenue House, including Mr Ow Fook Chuen, Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of IRAS and leaders from ACRA, AGO, Singapore Customs and SLA.
Guided by their teachers, our children performed “You’ll Be Okay”, one of this year’s National Day songs, which carries a message of resilience and hope for the future. They followed with “Sparkle,” another of this year’s National Day songs, celebrating Singapore’s vibrant identity. Their bright smiles, enthusiastic movements and confidence on stage added to the festive atmosphere.

Kindergarten 2 children danced to “You’ll Be Okay”, an electro-pop anthem of resilience and hope for the future.

Kindergarten 1 children danced to “Sparkle”, a high-energy singalong anthem that represents a collective celebration of the Nation’s vibrant identity.
The celebration continued with a cross-agency medley of National Day favourites. As familiar songs such as “Count on Me, Singapore” and “Home” filled the room, the audience joined in, creating a shared moment of celebration and unity.
For our children, the occasion was more than a performance. It was an opportunity to experience National Day beyond the classroom and be part of a wider community. Through music, movement and teamwork, they developed confidence and experienced a sense of belonging.
At Kinderland, we believe in creating meaningful learning experiences that connect children with people, places and the wider community. Experiences like this allow children to learn beyond the classroom while nurturing their confidence, creativity and sense of belonging to Singapore.
We are proud of our children for bringing their enthusiasm and National Day spirit to the celebration at Revenue House.
