“A big thank you to the IFC teachers for taking such good care of Evan! We knew we could trust you to look after him because you did such a great job with his older brother a few years back, but even then we are impressed by the love and care you’ve shown for Evan. I know he hasn’t always been the easiest to look after, especially since he had some feeding issues when he first started, and even now he’s still getting used to solids. I’m deeply grateful for the patience and care you’ve shown, even taking up to an hour to make sure he gets something down.

It’s evident from pickups and drop-offs that he likes you. The fact that he smiles at (most) dropoffs and reaches out for you or settles quickly in your arms reassure me that he’s not just cared for, but truly cared about. This does a lot to assuage my mom guilt at sending him to school at such a young age.
