It was a fun-filled day with mooncakes and lanterns, as our Kinderland children celebrated the Mid-Autumn festival on 1 October.

Across the different class levels, our children had the opportunity to make their own mooncakes and lanterns. Our teachers also engaged our young ones with cultural stories to teach them about the significance of the festival. There was even a ‘visit’ from the Chinese moon goddess, Chang’e!

The visit from Chang’e was the highlight of the day for the children from Kinderland Preschool @ Marine Parade, as they were thrilled to take a commemorative photo with her.

The celebration concluded with a memorable tour around the school, where the children   paraded their handmade lanterns with much joy and pride.

Kinderland wishes one and all a Happy Mid-Autumn Festival with your family and loved ones!

The donning of traditional costumes for our children from Kinderland Preschool @ Choa Chu Kang (Sunshine Place) added to their day of fun
