2019 Principal’s Retreat with Kinderland Singapore & colleagues from Crestar Education Group

Crestar Education Group during 2019 Principal’s Retreat

As the saying goes: “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. This April, the principals of Kinderland Singapore joined fellow professionals from the Crestar Education Group to get some well-deserved rest and relaxation in Bangkok. Our annual staff retreat focused on reinvigorating our passion for educating the young minds of tomorrow.

In between tours of the beautiful city and exciting team-bonding experiences, the retreat also saw our principals participate in an engaging line-up of leadership seminars and early child education workshops organized by our wonderful colleagues, Mr Ng Kuan Wei, Ms Sandra Goh, Ms Wong Ping Ping, Ms Christina Pardiwalla,  Ms Toh Pei Suan and Ms Patricia Tay. Out of the many questions posed, thoughts reflected and experiences shared, we came to the collective realization that, in our role as principals, we have been granted the privilege and responsibility of uniting our schools and inspiring our fellow education professionals.

Armed with new knowledge and skills, our principals ended the 3-day retreat with a renewed sense of purpose and a clearer vision of the roles we play in supporting our organization to develop the bright minds of tomorrow. Already looking forward to what the next Principals’ retreat has to offer!
