Kinderland and ELFA Day 2025 carried the theme “United We Stand – Building Resilience and Strength.” Held in Batam, Indonesia, it was the first overseas celebration in dedication to our educators, bringing together over 200 staff members from Kinderland and ELFA Singapore – members of Crestar Education Group (CEG).

The morning began with speeches from key leaders. Mr Robert Leong, Chief Executive Officer of Kinderland International Education (KIE), reminded educators that “our strength lies in unity, and our resilience grows when we support one another.”

Mr Seet Lee Kiang, General Manager of Kinderland & ELFA Singapore, reflected on Kinderland’s growth, noting “our journey of passion and perseverance has brought us this far, and together, we will go further.”

Mr Ng Tiow Seng, Group HR Director of CEG, emphasised the importance of people development, while Ms Jaslyn Ong, Senior Manager of Child Safety of Kinderland Singapore, reinforced the organisation’s commitment to children’s well-being.

Outstanding educators and staff were also recognised for their contributions. The day was sealed with a collective commitment as educators rose to renew their Educator’s Pledge, led by Dr Carol Loy, Kinderland and ELFA Senior Director of Curriculum and Professional Development. With heartfelt conviction, she urged the staff to stand shoulder to shoulder, united in their mission to nurture every child with care and dedication.

In the afternoon, educators and staff enjoyed free-and-easy time in Batam, bonding through shared experiences that strengthened friendships and team spirit.
